First Hedley
started talking and introduced Omair to the other two interviewers.
Hedley asked
Omair, tell me about yourself?
Omair
answered that his name is Omair Ali Almarzouqi, he’s 21 years old, lives in Abu
Dhabi in Madinat Khalifa, is single, worked at Albutain municipality and he’s a
student at the Higher Colleges of Technology, majoring in business.
Omair
answered clearly without hesitating once with a loud voice and he explained
with his body language.
Second
Hedley passed the questions to Ahmed. Then Ahmed asked Omair,
What is your
greatest weakness?
Omair
answered that he can’t work under pressure. Then Ahmed said why?
Omair said
because he got nerves and didn’t finish the work properly.
Omair
answered confidently; his eye content was stable and his voice and words were
clear to understand.
Ahmed asked
Omair the second question: where do you see yourself in three or six years?
Omair
answered quickly with self-confidence, good eye content and clear voice.
Ahmed gave his
partner Khaled the questions. Then Khaled started to ask Omair, how do you feel
about working nights and weekends?
Omair
answered that he cannot work at night and weekends, because he studies in the
afternoon at college and studies at weekends.
Omair
answered with self-confidence, great body language, high voice and good eye
content.
Then Khaled
asked Omair, where could you use some improvements?
Omair
answered clearly and eye content was good.
Omair was comfortable
in the interview and he answered all the questions with great voice, body
language and eye content.
